Resetting your eReader

If your eReader isn't responsive or if you're experiencing

problems with your eReader, you can try resetting it. If you

reset your eReader, you'll need to sign in to your eReader

and set it up again.

1. Remove the back of the eReader.

2. Insert a paperclip and press gently for a few seconds.

Your eReader will restart.
